As member of BME National you can benefit from being part of a group focussing on addressing the many housing issues facing minority communities.
We have a proven track record for being at the forefront of any changes to the housing landscape and successfully influencing policy. We actively seek member views in order to inform our work, and regularly request feedback through consultations and surveys.
We act as a national voice responding to critical issues in housing. When changes are announced we work quickly to digest the impact on both our communities and members. If necessary, we influence for change through our extensive political engagement networks in conjunction with our colleagues at the National Housing Federation.
BME National membership is open to organisations who work in the housing sector. We welcome membership applications from both mainstream organisations as well as local community bodies. A small membership fee is payable dependent on the size of the organisation.
