Barrington Billings Appointed as New Chair of BME National

Barrington Billings has been appointed as the new chair of BME National. Barrington is a well-known face in the housing sector having been a past president of the Chartered Institute of Housing and past chair of Manningham HA. He is currently Director of Operations at Tuntum HA. His appointment was confirmed at the BME National meeting on 10^th September and he stated that ‘I am looking forward to the role for what is an increasingly challenging time for the housing sector and even more so for the BME sector’.
