Pine Court Housing Association, part of The Sovini Group, is proudly celebrating 40 years of providing quality homes and inclusive services to diverse communities across the Liverpool City Region.

Since its inception in 1986, Pine Court Housing Association has championed diversity and cultural cohesion across the Liverpool City Region. Today, it remains a cornerstone of multicultural housing, with 58% of its diverse community representing Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic backgrounds.

With over 500 homes across the region, Pine Court Housing Association prioritises innovation and customer satisfaction, consistently ranking as a top performer in the sector and achieving a 90% customer satisfaction rate. A multilingual housing team enables the housing provider to actively contribute to regeneration across the Liverpool City Region and the celebration of Chinese culture.

Equality and accessibility are integrated into their core operations as the organisation actively works to break down social and economic barriers. By providing multilingual services in collaboration with community partners they ensure that speakers of other languages are empowered to navigate the full range of services and facilities available across the Liverpool City Region.

Each year, their Community Development Fund supports local groups in celebrating cultural events and delivering vital community projects. Notable beneficiaries include Chinese Wellbeing, The Florrie, and Pagoda Arts, all of whom work to foster a more inclusive society.

David Brown, Director of Operations at Pine Court Housing Association, said:

“Celebrating 40 years of service is a significant milestone that reflects our ongoing commitment to providing quality homes and services for our customers."

“While we are proud of our history, we remain focused on growth and innovation. In 2026, we successfully expanded our housing offer to include Shared Ownership in Hale Village, ensuring we continue to provide diverse and accessible pathways to quality housing for our communities.”
