We are recruiting for a Housing Services Manager.
Permanent Full time 35 Hours per week Salary: up to £37,000 per annum (dependent upon experience)
We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, forward thinking individual to lead our general needs housing service during an extremely challenging time for the sector.
The primary focus will be on maximising rental income, improving systems and promoting efficiency in addition to motivating the team to achieve high standards of performance and value for money.
The successful candidate will be self motivated, solution focussed and will act as a positive role model. They must possess strong leadership and motivation skills, an understanding of housing management functions and must be able to demonstrate a track record of performance management.
