The Leeds Road Festival is a new celebration designed to showcase the rich cultural diversity of the Leeds Road area in BD3. Held across the weekend of 30 and 31 August at Attock Park and Bradford Moor Park in Bradford, the festival transformed the Leeds Road area into a vibrant hub of music, food, and community spirit.

The event highlighted the very best of the area with authentic food, live performances from international artists, and a strong focus on community cohesion. It successfully brought together local residents, businesses, organisations, Bradford Council, and the West Yorkshire Combined Authority in a shared celebration.

Over the two days, an estimated 25,000 people from across the UK attended the festivities at Attock Park and Bradford Moor Park, making the first Leeds Road Festival a landmark event for the city.

As a leading BAME social housing provider, and with a large portfolio of properties in the locality, Manningham Housing Association was proud to have a presence at the festival. Their stall provided an opportunity to promote their

services, while also offering information and advice to both current tenants and the wider community.

The success of the festival has demonstrated its potential to become a much-anticipated annual event, strengthening Bradford’s cultural calendar and further uniting communities in the years ahead.
