Manningham Housing Association Celebrated with Double Win at Northern Housing Awards 2025

BME National proudly acknowledges the remarkable achievements of our member, Manningham Housing Association, at the Northern Housing Awards 2025. Manningham was honoured with the prestigious Landlord of the Year award, a testament to their outstanding dedication to delivering high-quality housing services to over 6,000 residents across Bradford and Keighley. Additionally, their Customer Panel member, Tausif Mohammed, received the Tenant of the Year award in recognition of his exceptional community leadership and tireless advocacy on behalf of tenants.

The judging panel highlighted Manningham’s innovative and comprehensive tenant services as “unparalleled in the sector,” noting the organisation’s commitment to blending research, innovation and excellent customer experience. Tausif Mohammed was praised as “absolutely inspiring,” described as a key community activist and role model for young people, whose impact extends deeply within the Bradford district.
