We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and skilled individual to the following post to bring added value to the services we provide.
Income & Tenancy Sustainment Officer
£12,760 per annum (18.5 hours per week)
As the Income & Tenancy Sustainment Officer you will maximise rent, service charge and other income to the Association and assist in the provision of a professional, customer focused income and welfare benefit advice service. In addition to this you will share and promote good practice within the housing team.
Proven experience of working with customers dealing with a broad range of income management duties as well as inputting and retrieving data on computerised information systems is essential.
