Following a comprehensive and independent assessment, Arawak Walton Housing Association has once again demonstrated its commitment to outstanding customer service by maintaining its accreditation to the Customer Service Excellence (CSE) Standard—a nationally recognised benchmark for public-facing organisations.
The CSE assessment evaluates organisations against five key criteria:
Customer Insight
Organisational Culture
Information and Access
Delivery
Timeliness and Quality of Service
Arawak Walton Housing Association underwent a rigorous evaluation process led by an authorised assessor, which included an on-site visit, review of documentation, staff and customer interviews, and a thorough analysis of the organisation’s customer-focused practices and performance.
The results were impressive. Not only did Arawak Walton Housing Association meet all standard requirements, but it also showed significant improvement across multiple areas since the last assessment. There were no areas of non-compliance, and the organisation increased its number of Compliance Plus merits from nine to 15—a strong indicator of best practice that goes above and beyond standard expectations.
The assessor’s report highlighted the exemplary preparation for the assessment, noting that it was “exceptionally well-managed” by the Tenant Engagement Officer, with vital support from the Head of Tenant Services. The dedication and professionalism of staff were instrumental in achieving this outstanding outcome.
This continued accreditation reflects Arawak Walton Housing Association’s strong culture of customer focus and ongoing commitment to service excellence.
