As a valued member of BME National, Manningham Housing Association (MHA) continues to demonstrate its commitment to community, culture and inclusion.

This summer, MHA supported and participated in the Eid Festival at East Riddlesden Hall, in partnership with the National Trust. The event brought people together through traditional Bangladeshi dance, South Indian drumming and family-friendly games such as sack races and penalty shootouts, hosted by MHA. It was a joyful reminder of how cultural celebration can foster unity and connection.

MHA also took part in activities across Keighley during Refugee Week (16 to 22 June 2025), embracing the national theme “Community as a Superpower.” Through art, storytelling and shared moments, MHA stood alongside others to uplift refugee voices and celebrate diversity.

At BME National, we are proud to see our members like MHA lead the way in building inclusive communities and creating spaces where everyone feels they belong.
