Manningham Housing Association (MHA), a proud member of BME National, has recently acquired five new-build detached homes in Eccleshill, Bradford, in a £1.1 million deal. These properties, two three-bedroom and three four-bedroom houses complete MHA’s ownership of all 24 homes at the One Meadow development on Victoria Road.

This project, representing a £5 million investment, was delivered in partnership with Zentra Group and supported by Homes England and Bradford Council. Located just two miles from Bradford city centre, the development includes a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom homes, as well as a townhouse, close to schools, health facilities, and local amenities. Built by Jack Lunn Construction, the homes feature a reduced carbon footprint and meet high energy efficiency standards.

John Kent, MHA’s Director of Finance and Resources, highlighted the importance of this acquisition, noting the strong community connections and long-term benefits for residents. MHA Chair Rupert Pometsey added that this step reinforces their commitment to providing secure, affordable housing and supporting local families in Bradford.
